About me

Kent/ Oxford.

I don't really know what I'm doing with my life. I just regurgitate my thoughts and feelings here. I mostly blog about life, society and dumb shit that I cry about, so you probably don't want to read what I have to say but if you do, I hope I don't waste too much of your time.

Okay. Bye.

Religion really confuses me, there is a general presumption that religious people are happier because they have 'faith' and that their afterlife is practically all arranged because it's all written in a book and all but I think they are the saddest people of all. Having Heaven as the ultimate goal and purpose in life gives them the perspective that everything that does not follow their rules is wrong and instantaneously goes to hell, it's crazy how religion can brainwash people. I have noticed that people who do not have their lives prescribed to a certain routine and set of rules, tend to be happier as they are free. Religion just isolates you from reality. If God really created us and wanted us to be all equal, then why did he create different religions with different rules? As that just makes different people entitled and restricted to different things resulting in inequality. I don't know about you but the elements of equality, peace and freedom are contradictory to religion.
