What if when life gives you lemons, you don't make lemonade, you just keep the goddamn lemons and appreciate them. Why do people always want to be create, recreate and change things, nobody appreciates anything anymore. It's like when people take a beautiful picture of a sunset and put an ugly filter on it, like why do that man? Just let the picture do itself, you don't need to be in control of everything. It's like now at gigs people spend more time filming the artist and worrying about what angle to get that killer Instagram picture than to actually enjoy the performance. Isn't the whole point in going to gigs to live and feel the music?
I talk in very small futile examples but every little thing is relevant in a bigger picture. Just leave a situation how it is, do not force anything or anyone into anything. I hate it when people force things, a friendship, a pair of trousers or a conversation. Oh man, how I hate forced conversations, they make me feel so uncomfortable and awkward. Generic stupid forced conversation with the lady behind you in the queue "Oh it's very sunny today" she may say. There is no reason to say that as it's evident whether it's sunny or not but people just feel the need to state the obvious for the sake of filling the silence. Referring to my previous point, people just love being in control wherever it's possible. Small forced conversations with strangers are a awful but having a forced conversation with someone you use to know, those aren't fun at all. Oh I don't understand why people do that, it won't change anything; asking them how they are or if they've watched this new movie. If you want to restart, just act like things have never changed, just pick up where you left off. Forcing a pointless conversation will just make things more awkward. To be honest I don't get why people always want to talk, I would happily sit in silence with someone. I heard that if you can sit comfortably in silence with someone then that says a lot.
